Grand Teton National Park + the 4th of July

After gifting the kids a road trip to the Tetons , we were so excited when the day finally came! We left on the last day of June and spent three nights at a condo in Driggs, Idaho, about an hour outside the park. My Uncle Ray and Aunt Cherie live there, as well as my cousin Dayna and her three kids. They hosted us for a bbq on the first night we got there. They have a beautiful home with the most picturesque views and we had a great time. My kids got Dayna's kids playing monkey in the middle and, despite us being strangers, they all had hugs for everyone when she left to put them in bed. By the next morning, we were ready to get out and explore. The views of the mountain range were breathtaking just driving over and into the park! We went to Jenny Lake first, probably the biggest tourist attraction in the park, but rightfully so. We hiked the Jenny Lake trail up to Hidden Falls.
