Decorating Halloween cookies with the Couey's has turned into a tradition. We were at their house this year.
Stockton always eats the first cookie he decorates.
We went to Cornbelly's.
It was supposed to be in lieu of the Goodrich Halloween party but Justin was sick on the day everyone else went so we went a week later by ourselves. The kids had a good time. It was a beautiful sunny day and there was plenty for the kids to do for a few hours.
| Stockton's favorite thing was this wooden bus. He kept begging to go back to it. |
| Brynn wouldn't try much but she did like this bumpy slide. |
Brynn as Mr. Incredible is incredibly cute.
Molly had a day off for something, I forget what. We didn't have any plans so ended up going to the park at the Sports Park for a picnic. Close to the park is a little river walk. We've had family pictures taken there but we've never explored it beyond that. The kids hunted for big leaves and we found a pretty cool bridge.
The kids went through a spell when then wanted to paint all.the.time. This is the one time the paint came off the paper and onto Brynn. Stockton turned her into the Hulk.
Brynn calls Justin her "buddy." One day he was getting ready for work and she asked him in the cutest little voice, "Don't you want to stay home with your two buddies?" (Meaning her and Stockton.) It was so sweet it almost persuaded him to actually stay home.
The annual Moyes Halloween Party is always held the Saturday before Halloween. Molly went as Hermione, Stockton was Iron Man, and Brynn was a monster.
Harry Potter is all the rage with the cousins.

We played games...bean bag toss, frisbee tic-tac-toe, Plinko, bowling, and a couple others.
We decorated pumpkins.
And we had a pinata.
It was a great way to kick off our Halloween festivities.
